Friendship

A very important facet of friendship is the affinity shared between grown up children and their parents. This is especially true of daughters and mothers who often share a really special bond that only gets strengthened with the passage of time. This is a truly unique relationship that often transcends even the term 'friendship' and goes far beyond it - into the realm of what can be termed a 'perfect' and sublime relationship in every way.

PASTA ou PIZZA?

INGREDIENTES:

250g de massa cozida “al dente”  (Penne, Parafuso ou Gravatinha)
250 g de mussarela ralada grossa
3 xícaras de lingüiça calabresa cortada em rodelas finas
1 lata de molho de tomate
1 tomate em rodelas finas
1 colher de sopa de azeite , 10 folhas de manjericão fresco

MODO DE PREPARO:

Frite a lingüiça com uma colher de sopa de azeite-de-oliva.

Em um refratário redondo, untado, acomode a massa cozida, cubra com molho de tomate , a lingüiça, o queijo mussarela.

Coloque as rodelas de tomate  e a a folhas de manjericão e polvilhe com orégano.

Leve ao forno pré - aquecido , em temperatura média , só para derreter o queijo.

Fácil, bonito e saboroso !  Bon Appetito!
